If Helm insists on disbanding let he and those who wish pull out with him. Then have the president - that's Lois Grimes - isn't it call a meeting at Springfield and elect officers and then forget the whole thing. That will give us a framework to go ahead with next year and yet won't cost any energy in the meantime. In fact if they'll elect me official Editor I'll guarantee to issue two numbers, at least, of "CSPC News". I can find
