We will be gone for a few days...probably arriving back late Sunday night. But as a result I have a little extra time this morning. I will get my commission late in October. It is a long hard row to get it but a 2nd Lt. with his silver wings is equal to a Captain anywhere else. It is possible that I will be sent to combat then. But more likely retained as an instructor or given duty with the ferry command.
