-2 boats arrived for about 30 minutes and headed north to Kansas City. The wind is rising a little; The hurricane pennant is flapping in the breeze, straining against the flag pole. All personnel are confined to the field. We will take off soon .... for Utah so far as I know now. Unfortunately I am using up time when I would be on furlough ... if I do get one. I won't know now until I get back here, I suppose.
