I've been thinking about my Aunts house and, the more I think the more possibilities I see. We could arrange the floor plan as the plan shows. [House floor plan to left with notes: I'd build this into a glassed in kitchen nook overlooking garden. This could be green with rug to match library. These two rooms could be cream and green. This could be light brown with pale green ceiling and dark green rug.] About all we would need to do would be a little painting and fix up the kitchen... most all of which I could do myself. Then in 3 or 4 years we could see what new homes were going to be like. Frankly I'm highly in favor of the place.
