2 best season of the year... although the others are all nice too. I think perhaps it is the ever-changing procession of seasons that I love. Yet surely autumn is most beautiful. I'd surely like to be there to enjoy it with you. Just walked down to the PX to get me some peanuts. The sky is overcast; has been all day. The wind is whining a winter-song. In from the sage brush at the end of the street rolls a gray cloud of dust which mingles with the smoke and cuts visibility down as though one were in a snow storm.
