Wednesday 31 March 1943 My dearest: I just finished a final exam in Math. Passed it okay and my average for the course is 99. More tests tomorrow - Physics, Bombing, Communications Procedures and Radio Code. We are under constant pressure but that's part of our training. I was interested in that page of "Suggestions for Soldiers" you sent some time ago. I found that I was already using them. We're quick to pick-up useful ideas. You asked in a letter sometime ago (this proves I read and reread them) "Does it make you feel good or bad to know that I just ache to see you?" I meant to write
