Bond no. 11. - is to get andirons and a fire screen for the fireplace. These will probably cost a whole bond and they're necessary. but easy to forget when one is planning. Bond no. 12 - is for paint for floors and walls. We surely don't need hardwood floors in the bedrooms, do we? They will be much gayer and more easily changed if painted. The kitchen will need to be painted. Stain and wax will be needed for the living room, library and study. One bond ought to cover the materials required Must close now, all my love, B.J.
