4 July 1943 Dearest: Here it is the fourth of July and the convention must be whooping along full blast. Golly, I surely wish I were there with you. Did you notice any tingling in your hand while you were trying to preside? That was me squeezing it! I am glad to hear that you are getting file copies of so many different journals. We are going to have a lot of fun separating and fixing them up.
