When the afternoon session was over I sort of hung around to see that everyone was taken care of. Later, I was just going to tell you about a few stray visitors - very unimportant - and Benton Wetzel, whom I piloted to the Bayard, Vivian, Helen, Wesson group. This made 3 fellows and they seemed to take it for granted that I'd go along to make things even, but I hadn't the slightest desire to. Do you suppose I'm adopting so whole-heartedly a one-man-woman mentality. I love being in the group and twosomes bore me, so I must! Dawgone it! I knew you were a bad influence; but I rather like it. I was surprised, pleased and, yes, thrilled to get a letter from you here this afternoon. And such a dear one. Coming after my discovery about my one-man-woman point of view it made me feel very well satisfied with my man. In my saner moments I'm more than satisfied: - I'm slightly stunned at my good fortune.
