[extremely faint writing:] As you will perhaps know I have not written my letter home this week. I have been over the seven seas since Saturday. [Yesterday?] Aunt [Ell?] came over with me. I do not feel very well this morning. The effect of the heavy atmosphere I guess. The [sick?] are well. [Mary?] is getting along very [wickedly?] she has been up for some [illegible]. Baby [Bess?] is well; [fair?] and [sweet?] she does not cry now at all, like most babies. [illegible] since [illegible] no [skating?] [illegible] [top of page: sideways written addition:] [Tell S?] I moved house. [illegible] tell him that Baby has the [illegible[ prettiest blue eyes he ever saw. [illegible] of [illegible] must write 2 me. Also [illegible] [signature illegible]
