in the Service, at present, W W McCammon was over here yesterday his reg. is camped 3 miles east of here he is Adgutant of the 22 Misourie his father is a sergeant in the same his brother Stephen is in the Southern army. he sayes that Doctor OReardon formerly of Davenport started about a year ago for the Southern army and is at present a Surgeon in the same. I have a sack coat and pants. Flannel that I bought of the Sutler, but I will want a uniform, so as Mr. Cone has my measure, and makes a good article, you may order mine of him a Coat and Pants of the US Regulation, tell him not to get the coat to large around nor the pants to full in the legs, and also a Pair of Pants for Lieut Bing about one inch longer than mine,
