2s bounty is allowed I beleive to our regiment Will you also have the advance pay & bounty allowed for the battery. When with us on Sunday you very kindly promised to use your influence to procure an Exchange of arms for us, if not too much anoyance to you & this can be done at all it will place us all under additional obligations to you, and none more so than myself. On examination of the invoices of arms sent for the regiment we find there are no Sabre Knobs I enclose you Col Wilsons, requisition for the same. Thank you very
