Dec 13 1943 Dearest: Here we are with just a line or two again. It must seem as though you think of me as "line-or-two-Smith." Dearest, I don't think I'd get any traveling equipment for me for Christmas as I have so much of it now I don't know where to put it. All I want for Christmas or anytime is the continued assurance of your love. There can be no greater gift for me - nor a more desired one - than that. Love BJ
