163 Fort McGilvery, Va. Friday, Dec. 30th 1864 Received letters from:: Rosa C. Lowe, Sister Anna, brother Henry and brother David. Made out the Company Muster Rolls. Saturday 31. The Company ("F") was mustered this morning, for quarter ending this day. Rain and snow. Sunday, Jan'y 1. 1865 New Year's day Wrote and mailed letters to sister Lavina, brother Henry and Rosa C. Lowe. On duty as Officer of the Guard.- Inspection, then made out a statement for Captain Brumm, about his Ordnance account - Very Cold.
