November, Sunday, 20 1864 broke camp about 7 1/2 AM came in sight of the Oconee River Monday 21. It rained all day & we had a Cold time of it @ night Tuesday, 22. cold weather & a very little snow had a hard days march & reached Milledgeville passed through the City after dark & was on picket @ night
