November, Wednesday, 23, 1864. the sun was clear in the morning layed @ Milledgeville all day had a plenty of fresh pork & flour Thursday, 24. started about 6 AM, marched very slow in the Am & did not reach Camp about 10 1/2 pm. Friday, 25. started in the morning about 6 1/2 marched through a swampy Country was stopped about 11 a.m. by the burning of a bridge in our front Vertically, at right:-) [?
