December FRIDAY, 2, 1864. broke camp @ 6 Am. marched about 10 miles &, encamped for the night about 9 Pm. SATURDAY, 3. broke camp @ 10 am. marched about 6 miles Am. & halted for dinner near a very remarkable spring had very bad roads P.m. got to Camp 10 Pm. marched about 6 miles SUNDAY, 4. was in rear of the train marched all day & got only 5 miles Camped about 8 miles in rear of the rest of the Corps had very bad road
