THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 1865. Cold and chilly weather I read, for the first time a full report of the last Presidential election The piece come from Iowa in a letter FRIDAY 10 While we have to lay here in Prison, it is some consolation to us to know that the work of putting down the great Rebelion, is still going on We hear that Sherman is fighting at Branchville S.C. SATURDAY 11 A sermon was preached to the prisoners for the first time since we came to this place Rebs commence erecting Barracks in this Prison
