SATURDAY 26, 1865 From camp 4 miles north of Frankford we go south passing through Frankford - thence south towards Clarinda Page County Rough country some congress land - camp 8 miles from Clarinda SUNDAY 27 Eigh miles from Clarinda Page Co" Pass thro Clarinda at noon Good country arround the County seat - Go east from Clarinda and enter Taylor Co and camp near Memory MONDAY 28 Taylor County Iowa, Go to Buckhanan to look at a piece of land - Timber scarce - From Buckhanan to Bedford - thence east several miles & camped
