I am so exceedingly glad to learn that the babe is getting along so well. And it is growing so finely? Well won&#039;t it be sweet by the time I get home? I know I shall love it to death, almost. Clara you must have had a very easy time. I am so thankful. It was all in answer to prayer. Yes, God has ever dealt just so with us. This is quarterly meeting time here, I was at church and heard an excellent sermon from the Presiding elder. It sounded so natural, and so like old times, to hear a minister quote from Rev James [Findly?]. I enjoyed the meeting very much indeed. How you will rejoice when you get well enough to attend church again. 
Capt. Duckworth is well. Bro Audas preached to the prisoners in the stockade this morning. They enjoyed it very much. will you have a garden put in this spring? I wish you would, for I never wanted fresh vegitables, so much in all my life.
