of a chance himself because he had to go to work supporting his mother and brothers when he was only 16 years old. They were very nice to me when I lived with them. Just send Pohren's bill down to me or ignore it until I get home, whichever you prefer. I must drop Dr. Hanna a letter. It was nice of Bert and Mildred to come down to you, wasn't it. Nice that the new grandson is growing so nicely. Well, we haven't moved out yet and the dope is that we won't until morning and maybe not until later in the day tomorrow. Ain't that the nuts? It is the waiting for orders that is the most trying thing we have to do. I am returning Mother's card. Also enclosed is an invitation and a ticket to the Elk's party. Maybe Kinyon's will go and ask you to go along. It would be fun for the kids anyhow, even if you had to go by yourself. I just received your letter of the 1st (10 pages - oh, boy) and have just finished reading it. As I have told you several times, I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for them. Hope mine help you to carry on, too. It is so nice that "you all" had such a good time at Grandma
