Master John R Calhoun c/o Paul Rankin Keosauqua, Ia R.R. P.S. Be a good boy & help all you can Burlington, Ia. June 11, 1943 Dear John R:- I haven't received any letters from you yet. Why don't you write to me? Did you write to daddy? He would love to hear from you. Do you want to go to Y camp? It starts next sunday, so if you want to go, you had better come home next Thurs or Friday so you can get ready. Call up Lucius Liddy & see if he might be coming down this way before you get ready to come. He told me to tell you. Otherwise you can ride with the mail man to Fairfield & take the bus home from there. Tell Gail hello Love & Kisses Mommie
