that's the name, said there was no reason why he should be sent out of the Middle West & phoned Washington & gave orders and said if they were approved in Washington he would be changed & I guess they never did come through, so he called Longsdale again & he told him to go out to his post and then he would keep working on it. So if you know what strings to pull to stay in the middle west you had better do it now. I thought I would tell you. Claude came up yesterday afternoon on the 3 o'clock train. He is O.K. I had a screen door off, so he fixed that for me & took the tar paper off of one and then built me a garbage can box, so the dogs can't knock it over. He is as happy as a lark. He tells me he is going to get married in about three weeks. I guess it, is that woman in Oklahoma that lived neighbor to Aunt Min & took care of her when she was sick. Your mother is pretty mad about the whole thing. He told me but didn't tell her. I told her afterward & she didn't like it at all. He hasn't heard anything from Frank yet. Well dearie I must get to work. Carol has to go to the dentist this morning & I am busy, so Grandma is going to take her. She is going to have the spacer fitted today. Let me know when you hear anything. Love & Kisses Mommie & Kiddies
