Burlington, Ia Mar 26, 1943 My Dearest:- Just a few lines to tell you the news. Lowell Fuller called me this morning and said he was selling your radio Corp Stock, 110 shares at 8 1/8. What did you pay for it? Are you making some money on it? I hope so. I went to the bank & Vince wasn't there & Dyer was out, so Mr. Daniels fixed it up for me. They gave me a receipt which I am enclosing for you to see. Also enclosed is an extension on a Loan for $250 which you are to sign and return. The interest on it is due also, but have until the 29th to pay it. So I will take care of it them. This is a beautiful day, just like spring out. I hope it continues. It makes me want to see my daddy you know how it is? I had a cancel for a permanent this afternoon. Mrs. Moody was getting a permanent and came in at noon & canceled it as Lucretia Edwards is dyeing I guess and she wanted to be with her. They were neighbors & very close friends. I feel so sorry about it. It is just 4 o'clock & I am
