right not to have her come back. You can use her part time, probably, to the advantage of both of you. I hope it isn't too hard on Grandma- and it shouldn't be if she will just use her head and only do what she should and not try to do a lot of things that she shouldn't. However, you will have to keep cautioning her about it. I have written a check for $65.00 dated February 6th to Bankers Life Company- which you can note on the check book stub. Thanks for Ray Denniston's regards. I used to call him "Counseler" is why he had you write me that name. Give my regards to all. I don't think there is any insurmountable reason why you can't come up here for a while. All you have to do is get in the car and come. You can get some one to look after the furnace- maybe Ruth for a few days. But you had better wait until this snow and ice are off. We had quite a snow storm yesterday. At inspection, the Colonel set my cap on straight and asked me my name, so I guess I am up to normal- always something wrong. But it takes an individualist to be a good lawyer- so may be ok yet. We got our books today. Two whole armloads. I am familiar with most of them, though. We have a table space in the library, a seat in the classroom, a PO box, a locker in the Hutchins Hall, a locker in the gym, and our room and a place in the cloakroom of the lounge- so have lots of things to remember. Glad Carol and Cliff are dancing so well. How's John R & the piano? Ecnlosed is a letter from Warren you sent me. I got my insignia sewed on my shirts, etc. Seems like always lots of things to do. Love & Kisses, Daddy
