those kind of receipts, you can use for the bank and Ruth. We have another book of receipts but they are rent ones. I can get another book of them, when I get time to get out to do it. Just the two of us now and we are pretty busy. From the sound of Jenkins letter, he isn't satisfied with his job at West Point either is he? I will put all your letters in the green file. Honey, I won't be able to come down for at least three weeks yet, an Nettie will be gone two weeks and then Blanche is going to take a week after that and don't feel like I should leave until they get their vacations, but as soon as you find out what we are going to do, I can get all the other things lived [?] up and get the apt [apartment] rented etc. Do you think we could find a trailer down there, that we could rent? I don't believe I want to drag one down that far. You can find out and let me know. I haven't heard anything from John R since he left, so don't know where he is. I gave him some postals and told him to write to me but he hasn't. Ruth brought the kids down to the shop this afternoon and left them while she went to the hospital. I guess her mother was much worse today. She is out of her head so much of the time now. Honey, I washed my pretty dress you bought me and it shrunk so much in length I can't begin to wear it and there is no hem in it. I am just sick about it. I like it so much and doubly so because you picked it out and gave it to me. Guess I will have to give it to Ruth. Isn't that the dickens? Well dearie I must close and get some sleep. I took the kids and went to the avon[?] last nite to see Charlie M and Cathy Fifer[?] McGae and Molly. Can you imagine that? They liked it so much. I sure miss you, and thought that would help pass the time away last nite. Goodnight Loveingly yours [illegible] Dorothea and kiddies
