had it done a year ago now + he said it didn't make any difference it was all gone again. He showed her where the cement was all crumbling away. He said it was absolutely no good, he didn't care who did it. He also said the pipes were not taped tight + that is why we were getting so much heat in the cellar and couldn't get it upstairs. He said they would probably say we overheated the furnace + that did it, but you know there is a Control on it to keep it from getting too hot. I guess we just got skinned all the way around. He also said the blower should have been on top, it wasn't nearly so hard to force the air up. I had planned to go in + pay them this week for the job, but won't know until you tell me what to do. We asked the furnace man how much it should cost to have it reset, + he said 18.50. That would include tapping the
