Thurs Morn [illegible] bells June 4 My Dearest- Rec'd two letters from you yesterday, telling me of the apartment. I am surely glad you got it. Now I won't have to bring so much stuff. I will put in a few towels and then we can get some more when we get there. The apt. sounds good. I will just go right to the apt when I get in tuesday night. Then I will call you. Well, I am getting things pretty well lined up now. I paid bills yesterday, cut boys hair and Ruths and washed them all. Gladys came down and gave my [permanent?] open again, so guess it will be O.K. this time. We hope. I am so nearly worn out I can hardly stand it. I don't suppose I can make very good time the first day. I have four permanents and a hair dye to do today and three tomorrow and two Sat morn. I will have to save time enough to go to the bank saturday. I tried to get my sugar yesterday but there was such a crowd up there, I would have had to stand there all afternoon so I am going to bring a 5lb sack of sugar I have here and leave my books and let Ruthie take them and go down later and get the sugar.
