I got a letter from A. [P?] [Hemminger?] today about some [illegible] you are [caregiving?] I will enclose a blank check & if you want to keep it you can write a check to A. [P?] immediately. It was nice [of] the Liddy's to send [illegible] [illegible] however you don't have much time to read do you? Honey what do you think of me packing our clothes in that little trunk of yours? Will it fit O. K? John R. got home tonite. He went out to [Griesels?] last night. He had a good time but glad to get home again. Still have all the [illegible] as far, [hope?] they will stick until we get back anyway! I think my permanent is a [frizzy?] I washed it tonite & there isn't really any curl in it. I am sick for I thought [illegible] you [illegible] like it & be nice while I am gone. It's just my stubborn hair too. I am back [$]6.00 on our Church envelope so I will turn it in tomorrow. We are supposed to get new envelopes tomorrow I guess. Did you see the article that [this?] [circut] [illegible] at mt. pleasant wrote about [illegible]? I thought it was a dirty trick. Well darling I will write more tomorrow. I will mail this in [way?] [illegible; maybe 6.55?] [illegible] love & kisses [Dorothea?] & kids.
