long enough to write to you, but they are out of doors all the time now, & are just wild. It is tough for them no to be able to play on the grass. If it doesn't rain tonight it will have to be watered in the morning. I hate that job. It has been very windy today & looks like rain tonight. I see by the paper where they have been having floods & high water in [illegible]. Hope it quits before we arrive. I must call Beu Thye & ask about the extra tire. Don't know whether he found one or not. Mr. & Mrs. Lowen were here a while tonite. She is living here with him now. They moved their furniture. They live in the 200 black on So. 9th St. She is very nice. She came over to ask me about giving her a permanent before decoration day. Pretty nice of her. Clifford got a good bump while they were here. They were wrestling and of course John R always gets a little rough with him & he swung him around and he hit right on his face & hurt his nose. At first he couldn't breathe & I was scared to death the bone was broken
