just in case I do get to come last in June. I am afraid I won't have the money though. Do you think it would do any good to go to the rationing board + try to buy a tire? Or could you write + ask them? I think Cocherel is at the head of it. I didn't get any letter from you yesterday + hope it isn't because you are sick. Do take care of yourself. Bobbie got the windows all washed on the outside yesterday + the front [illegible] doors on. So little by little we are getting things done. I was going to write you last nite, but was so tired, I though I would lie down and rest a while first, and went to sleep and didn't even wake up until twelve o'clock. I have been pretty tired out lately. I expect to go to Birmingham for Mother's Day, which is next Sunday. I think it would be very nice if you would write a letter so they could read it that day (to your mother). I will get her some hose or something for a gift + put it from all of us. Van is going to be there I guess. I havn't heard anything from your mother. I surely wish you were going to be there. There are some letters came yesterday which I will enclose. I will write more tonight or tomorrow. Must get home + get dinner ready. Hope you are well. We are all O.K. now. Love + kisses Affectionately yours Mother + Addie
