W. H. Fox, M. D. Waucoma, Iowa stockings - Says to tell Poppy that she would feel better if he were here to grin at her. It was a mean trick for us to have her wasn't it? I know she has done us a world of good but its rather hard on her. Every time she is hurt is sick or unhappy I feel guilty - I don't think we can ever do enough for her to atone for putting her in this rotten old world. I got three letters from you Sat. all still sent to Waucoma. One written Xmas day one Dec. 30 and one Jan 5th. I am glad
