Tuesday Night [Feb 18, 1919] My dear husband-- Doe and Bertha have gone to Spanish class and Helen sits here reading till bedtime so I'll write the letter I didn't this afternoon. The girls stayed downtown for lunch so Helen and I packed ours and went up on the mountain behind the School of Mines. Had a fine time but am pretty tired to night -- she seems to be feeling well again but looks terribly white and thin - Still gets her daily dose of cod liver oil
