to take troops back. They come here from all over Texas, California, Missouri Georgia etc to take troops to training camps. The fellows when they get their uniforms are put to work as runners, K.P. etc, Im lucky. I guess I don't have to do any of this. They really fit the buy. shoes are given special care feet are measured on those things that take the impression of ones feet. They had to cut off about 4 inches of little Irnie Margraffs pants to make them fit. How'll they do with me. There is a recreation hall here cards, ping pong etc. and all the Post Exchange you can buy. Most anything cigarettes to hair tonic. Also a bowling alley and movie. I'm glad it warmed up or i would have needed my coat. Have seen the Sunday paper, lots of magazines here too. Little Irnie just went by paging a fellow. Don't write to me here as I will probably be shifted around from place to place in the various buildings. Everybody passes the buck in the army. They are running thru about 300 here everyday so I guess its no wonder they break and lose a few blood tests.
