3-9-42 Dear Folks: I got your letter of the 6th this morning & a card from Grandma. It doesn't pay to send them airmail I get them just as quick regular, it must go so far out of the way. The weather has been swell - the last couple of days. We are just getting basic training done, won't go to school until we leave June & maybe not then. I like the marching as far as work is concerned, it is the easiest I've done for a long time cadet John W Graham 410 Tech S. S. [illegible] 193 Sheppard Field Texas
