I just cant find enough to write about to send such long one back but I'll try and write after. There is nothing I need. Im getting along just fine and as strange as it may seem I rather like it here. I'd almost forgotten I had a birthday in line and yesterday I got a box from the lumber yard. a card and letter from the Wetherbees and your nice letter It was really a surprise and a very pleasant one. As for the band it's an awfully big birthday present. I think I've got the best folks in the world, thanks a bushel. I've gotten several letters from you lately and think they will soon all catch up with me. Have had the papers too. I am surely sorry for Bob and Vivian they had such a nice place in Denver and were getting started so well. It was certainly luck I did get to see them for a short time and when you get Bob's address let me know, it's really tough on him but worse for Vivian I'll bet Juan [Waufie?] went wild when he saw Dickey. As yet I am not doing much work, it takes a long time to get a complete squadron
