2 scissors to trim it with. Little straight ones I think would be better than manicure shears. I tried at the P. X. but they have none and I havent been to town where I could get any. If you should send some right away they might reach me here, if not they would catch up with me later. It might be a good idea to insure them if they were lost. We are going to have an hours school that is class room school every day, beginning tomorrow. I expect its a good thing but I dont much fancy it. Lots of us need to know much more about these planes than we do. The boy right under me (in bunk) gets the Des Moines Sunday paper every week so I read & enjoy it. A new fellow moved in, from Fort Dodge the other day. I havent talked to him yet one of the other fellows was telling me. I'll have to see if he knows the Berrys or any one around Callender. Got the papers the other day we have pretty good mail service, when every thing goes okay I get your letters in two days just as fast as air mail.
