1865 New Harford Nov, Wed. 1st Rainy till towards eve. picked over wool looked for aunt Susan Thur 2nd drew 9 cases *(illegible)* & shoes from Depot for *(illegible)* & bought 1 pr fine boots $8.50 & 1 pr over shoes $3.50, we picked 1 ld. corn Aunt Susan arrived tonight Fri 3rd Pa and I finished picking corn on Clarks 2 lds. Took Aunt Susan to Esthers. Evening Sat. 4 At Esthers all night. Found the cream colt Banked up house at Good Templar
