1865 New Hartford Nov. Sat. 18 Plowed again to day at "[J?]" O. of G.T. this eve'ng. Sun. 19 at Church Eld. Orcutt "[illegible]" Pd. 50 cts. towards Album &c went after Aunt Susan at Henrys got 18 Gall. Molasses there Mon. 20 O.W. Townsend here early I went and got my old mare J.E. Jimmerson & I went to see the house that he left & I locked it up O Royce pd. $50.00 on note I finished plowing for Livingston drew 1 ld. wood. at "[illegible]" a Singing School here. "[Signed 1.00?]" Tues. 21 Went to Waterloo on cars. Saw Powers. Mr. Boyd bought 14 bush turnips, at Sing. School. 4 horse "[Team?]"
