Memorandum Dec. 1965 Wed. Dec. 13th. Very cold. Saw A J Pierce about his 3/4 interest in the G.G. Smith premises lots i5 & 7 in Block 6 in Roots Addition agreed to give him [Janret?] Clark's note of $[illegible] & 25 dols in money match & rendres. & Smith was to pay rent from Nov 18 1865 al $5.00 per month Thu 14 Pd. A. J. Pierce $10.00 and am to pay Sherwood when he sends his (Grantee?) Deed $15.00 more and J Clarks note of $200.00 went to C. Falls Dr. Kerr rode down with me. bo't 6 bush lime $3.00 & Fur Cap & collar. Settled with Jim Hambeck he owes $5.75 besides (Pfills?) and (illegible) $4.50
