New Hartford Jan 1866 Thur 18 Fixed sleigh tongue &c Livingston made & hung door at L. Smiths. I hung the partition door over at Duryeer & drew his work bench &c from there at Prayer Meeting & stopped at Mr Fancetts with M Raymond Fri 19 Eugene & Gilbert drew 1 ld staw & 1 ld hay 10.00 I fixed wheat-bin & helped Eugene drew manure to bank house and bo't herring 25 cts of Duryee Signed for the Chicago Journal Michael Brannan here to supper and stopped to stay all night a heavy and very cold blow from the NW
