Memorandum Jan. 1866 Sat. 27 I went to Isaac Chapman on my way to the quarry Chapman agrees to work if he is able after a while Drew 1 ld of stone got home at dark Took dinner at Townsends at G Templars Sun 28 Ed Foster here last night at church Eld Orcutt preached his farewell sermon at S School Mon 29 Went to Ketchum timber to draw that tree. Eugene helped me saw it into 3 [pieces?] Sled broke & I then came back. Pa took home Ketchum's T. Mill. I rep. sled Henry Needham here to dinner at meeting Belt preached eve.
