Wed. March 14 We took the cars for Epworth. Pd. for 1 Doz. photos & took 5, & he is to send this balance arrived at Epworth safely save Mrs.Truesdell she started for Clinton. We stopped at Uncle Chapman Mary Husted & Husband & Aunt Markell & daughter were there waiting Thurs. 15 We were at Uncle's last night Took the train for home had a pleasent trip. 11 1/2 A.M. Nancy Campbell was returning from Dubuque C. Ensign & wife were here in Eve Friday 16 It is quite cool. I mailed a letter to Father Beebee before train time & got my coat of C. Harman at home got a barrel at Lindsays
