Sun April 1st At home all day wrote 1 letter to Dubuque. C. R. Harmon here eve. Mon Apr 2d Quite warm today I split & drew posts. Drew 1 ld sand at front door. hung gate & nailed fence in front - Hazelton here to OHare looks at the S machine. bot wood box 25 cts Took tea at Faucettes eve Tues Apr 3 Drew manure in garden at Churchills Converses eve. Adams to possession of house Wed 4 - Livingston & wife here to dinner & I cleaned out around the well & commenced drawing out water went over to town river high Mr. King here, saw (Brustick?) lots. Donation (In margin - drew 8 lds stone from (illegible)
