Tues April 24 Albert plowed today Mike made fence McIntosh came today A.M. to survey. Wed Ap 25 Dr. Wright here all night & surveyor McIntosh & he finished surveying at Mr. Twohig & Pa had a spat & among other things Twohig said he would kill pa. Pd. 2.25 off Albert Burdicks he worked 3 dy Bot of Jerome 8 1/2 lbs pork @ 12 1/2 cts Mike split rains today. Thur Ap 26. little W. cow had a calf We rep. fence 8 cts E of Burdicks & made fence around the bayou I rep some wire fence & Mike finished plowing Fri 27. Mike sowed over 20 bush of oats & we dragged them in most - 2 ways bot. of Jerome cod fish & vinegar. 81 cts
