time & knew some of her eccentricities. We didnt know who we were coming back as we didnt have any shipping orders but today they sent two ships down for us. We came back, flew over Lake Tahoe that was one of the prettiest things Ive ever seen it was snow all around the edges, turquoise green where it was shallow and where the water was deep it is a vivid blue. Ive been lucky to see so many sights from land & air. I did want to see Bob but I couldnt get away from the field. I was only 60 miles away from his camp and about two hours bus ride. I didnt call him because I wanted to surprise him and didnt know until the last minute whether I would go or not. Its getting late tonight so Ill quit for now. got a bunch of letters tonight Love Johnny
