inspection time. Dont have any work stands here as yet and and we have to pile up boxes, tables, step ladders or what not in order to reach the engines. This is really quite an inconnevience but we're making out okay. there is also quite a shortage of tools and parts but we are close enough to the Odgen Air Depot that we can fly down after parts often. Heres some news you will like to hear but Im not too happy about. Our flying time has been cancelled and you can bet Im not flying without it. It seems in another squadron they put some unauthorized personnel on the flight list and the Commanding Officer found out about it and just cancelled the whole thing for everyone. This will mean I lose my bonus of $57 per month and really hurts after you once had it dont know whether Ill get this months or not but I have my time in for it. There may be some further steps on the matter and we might get it yet. It just means a whiteface cow or two less for me when the war is over I guess and I am fortunate to be making $114 instead of the $21 I started with. After all that isnt such a bad paying job when you figure practically all expenses are paid. I am very happy about the [hab nailed?] pitcher does it match the other one. It must really improve your window and it's nice the relations were good enough to let it go. Poor Cousin Hal got left out entirely didnt he. So [was Schriener?] is getting married, remember the time they were down in front of our house and you asked him what the little brothers name was and he said "Hah wee" and then was so disgusted because you couldnt figure it out. Love Johnny
