I have wrote asight of letters since I came out here and I have got but very few only what you have wrote to me I have wrote to StepMother and Malinda Wolfe and got no answer and John Bellamy and no answer Mcdavid that that Mathias but Cozzen William Mc did write to me some time ago and I have not answered him yet and to all of Rebecca people and we have got no answer on James P Person he has wrote to us two letters and I do think they might write to us one time in twelve months or two year I forgot to tell you that this Summer had been verry cool all most like frost all summer untill the last few days and the corn has got a good coler since it turned warm it look yellow all the altho it was raining all the time for it was so cold that it could not grow, so you must write to us as you get this scrible we have got the finest cabbage and cain that you ever saw but out water melons has not done any good on the account of the wet wether but we would like to help you to eat yours if we could but you will have to eat our first for us and send us some of the seeds for we will not have any, so I will have to quit for this time for I have no more space Rebecca is knitting and Henry is writing to his unkle Will & Sarah is spining for Mrs Genning and Bet and Mag and Bell is playing on the trunnel beds you must pray for us that we may live rite and get to heaven whear we will meet to part no more for ever G.
