and snow. Im kind of disgusted we have to ship our personal footlockers home before the 20 of this month. Cant have anything but G.I. stuff in our possession. Little things like that dont amount to much in themselves but do more to hurt the morale of the men than you would think. So if I can get my locker to the express office it will be coming home soon, will make a good tool box. if I cant I can just throw it away. Got a new shirt (summer) out of salvage today. It is much better than the old kind I had. Kind of a heavy material almost like whipcord. The others were so flimsy the collars just wilted. Our summer uniforms are not much anyhow just kind of a work suit. Must see if I can trade in the coveralls I'm wearing just tore out the whole rear end of them and one knee is ripped and the other leg at the cuff. Wish I could get two piece fatigues I like them much better than the coveralls. Well there is no [news?] of any sort and Im going to bed very soon so goodnight. Love Johnny
