Dear Dad, Mom + Grandma: Just built a fire so I can have a hot shower soon, the room orderly today let it go and so it was cold as ice. Nothing feels better than a good bath after a days work. Have an inspection tomorrow so will have to turn in early and get a good nights sleep. Sure good weather to sleep, cold and clear, wind is blowing tonight tho and there is dust in the air. That was a shame Atrus Stipps buildings burned [down?] know how he can get any replacement [illegible] tho they were well covered by insurance. Glad
